STV is a company specialized in designing and manufacturing machineries and plants for the food and cannery industry.
Founded in 1974, the company is located in Basilicanova, at about 10 Km from Parma, in the centre of the “ Food valley”.
In its modern establishment are situated both commercial and administrative offices and the workshop.
Founded and managed by Giovanni Salati, in a couple of years the company has highly increased, and its reputation has grown in 30 years’ experience.
Quality machineries with high reliability and long durability allow the firm to extend soon its horizons and to gather a list of customers which keeps on increasing every day.
STV is a leading company in manufacturing machines and plants for the packaging in glass jars or tin cans of a wide range of food products such as: vegetables with oil, in brine or vinegar pickles, creams, pâtés, Genovese pesto sauce, sauces, mayonnaise, tomato pure and pulp, ketchup, peeled tomatoes, fish, truffle, honey, jams, marmalades, chocolate creams, mustard, fruit in syrup, yoghurt, and many food products all of them packed in cans and jars.
STV is moreover manufacturer of systems for the thermal treatment of beverage (wine, champagne, fruit juice and soft drink, beer etc.) in glass bottles, plastic containers of tin cans and of special machines for product preparation (mixing and cooking tanks, brine preparation units, dosing systems for aromas ) studied and projected on the customer’s need.
To complete the above wide range of equipments STV also realizes conveyor belts, elevators and other equipments necessary for the automation of the production lines.
