food detector
STV provides the customers of specialized control systems in order to guarantee a results of an intact and well packed product, with its food detectors. A food detector checks whether the product in the jars is vacuum-sealed after being closed, if it is not, the jars are expelled automatically by an expulsion pneumatic device and collected on a collection table. A second type of food detector checks the capsule presence on the jars, also this kind of food detector can be equipped with a collection table for the rejected jars. The food detector can be installed on every type of conveyor belt.
