We are therefore in a position to place at disposal of our Customers a talented team of experts coming from many years of militancy in food industries and to supply services beginning from the planning of new processing lines or plants and until the control of the productive activity management. To equip a plant of production today means in fact, to observe a series of sanitary, safety, logistics, workflows measures, etc. necessary for obtaining the opportune authorizations, that is why STV has decided to place side by side to its wide range of machines and plants for processing food products, equally a wide range of advising and planning services that constantly guarantee to our Customers of being supported from the realization of the plant structure until the realization of the entire logistic development of their plant and of the lines that have to be equipped. STV can grant a remote assistance if possible or with the presence of its technicians, it has moreover a van tested like mobile workshop for prompt assistance. Our spare parts service guarantees fast deliveries, made with every day express couriers, than joined to the accuracy of the packaging, show the Customers with which attention we follow their orders. |

Starting from the blowing machines to eliminate impurities inside the containers, passing through the universal filling machines for, solids, in small pieces, dense and semi-dense, sweet and salty products which can fill a wide range of food and cannery products. STV can also supply filling machines for liquids such as oil, vinegar, syrup, brine in order to correctly preserve the pickles and fruits, before the closure of the jars by means of STV capping machines.The full containers are finally thermal treated inside STV pasteurizers, after the pasteurisation the containers can be externally washed by means of STV washing machines and then go to the labelling machines or being stocked. STV lines can be integrated with detector and metal detector to check the correct packaging of the containers and the possible presence of metal particles inside the jars. According to Customers needs STV can supply both automatic or semi-automatic lines depending on the output required or building machines on the Customer's specific needs. News archive |

The kind and the ripe of product must be suitable for the mechanical stalks removal: the length of the stalk must be at least of 15 mm. Construction features: Machine equipped with a feeding hopper from which the product is transferred to the working table, equipped with rotating rods covered with rubber. The movement of the shaped plates for the product transfer, helps the stalks removal. Fruit, which stalks have been removed, fall on a discharging conveyor, and stalks and leaves fall on the machine's area below. During the operations of stalks removal, fruit are wet with fresh water and rubbed down with small brushes. It can be employed for fruits, jams, peppers, peeled tomatoes, vegetables with oil or vinegar pickle and other food products. Thanks to check and control instrumentation it is possible to regulate the temperature, the pasteurisation time and the cooling time according to the type of container and of the type of product. Once having set the instrumentation the machine starts the cycle of pasteurisation only when it has achieved the arranged temperature. After that operation, it starts the cooling stage automatically. Construction features: Stainless steels tank with N° 1 basket in punched plate half-openable on one side, with hooks that allow a easy extraction from the tank. The containers already filled with solid products (olives, mushrooms, tomatoes etc.) coming from the inlet conveyor, are synchronized by the worm screw and through a star are placed under the filling valves. At the end of the filling operation the containers, by means of an extraction guide, are sent on the outlet conveyor belt, tangential to the machine, to the next processing machines. Construction features: Basement with carbon steel supporting structure with total cover in AISI 304 stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel table-top conveyor belt mounted on anti-friction strips, with adjustable containing guides for containers of different sizes. Product inlet valves of sanitary type managed by the level control device. Vacuum group with AISI 316 stainless steel tank. Control instruments and liquid ring vacuum pump. Containers are introduced into a twist (made of stainless steel) by a special belt-driven pusher, adjustable according to the container diameter and with variable speed. In the first section of the twist, containers rotate of 180° and present themselves upside-down on the intermediate section of the twist itself. Here a set of nozzles sprinkles air (produced by an electric fan) inside the containers. Afterwards, containers reach the third section of the twist and here they rotate again of 180° and go out in the filling position. The machine can be equipped with a manifold with control instrumentation that injects steam inside the jars. Construction features: Suitably shaped sheet steel frame, with a lid that can be opened and height-adjustable supporting feet. Pushing unit. Electric fan. Electric control board in stainless steel. Two opposed chains with rubber buffers driven inside sliding lanes in high density polyethylene. Regulating system by means of handwheel to vary the distance among the elastomeric buffers mounted on the chains, at the same time and contemporaneously all along the machine, according to containers dimensions. Control by means of gear reducer. Manual lubrication and centralized by means of gearcase. Continuous blow by means of ring blower and blower manifold with nozzles. Safety protections.
