The double-effect pneumatic cylinder, integral with the dosing piston ( that has a pre-determined stroke ) makes the piston suck the product up from the tank and push it into the container by means of a deviation valve. The amount of dosed product is adjustable from a minimum of 50 cc up to a maximum of 1000 cc by means of a special handwheel. The machine is adjustable in order to manage different containers sizes. The empty containers are loaded to the belt conveyor and then an automatic stopping device places them under the dosing valve. Construction features: Basement with carbon steel supporting structure with total cover in AISI 304 stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel table-top conveyor belt mounted on anti-friction strips, with adjustable containing guides for containers of different sizes. Inner mirror-polishing product tank equipped with float for level control and stopping device in case of lack of product. Filling volume regulated by means of an handwheel. Valves height registration group for containers of different sizes by means of an handwheel. Electric control board in stainless steel. Technical data: Output capacity: 1.800 jars/h 100 gr. Installed power: Kw 0,55 Length: 3.000 mm. Width: 1.100 mm. |
