class=\"product-item-title\">Principio de funcionamiento<\/h3>\n<p>La m\u00e1quina se divide en 2\/3 zonas de elaboraci\u00f3n y el calentamiento de las zonas de trabajo realizado mediante inyectores de vapor.<br \/>Los recipientes que llegan desde la cinta transportadora de inicio entran en la m\u00e1quina donde vienen expuestos al tratamiento establecido.<\/p>\n<p>A ciclo de tratamiento ultimado, los envases llegan en la cinta transportadora de salida a velocidad diferenciada a fin de alinear los mismos, en el cual se instala la unidad puente de ruptura, con elevador m\u00f3vil a movimiento alternado, en caso de acumulaci\u00f3n en la cinta transportadora causado por obstrucci\u00f3n, permite de alinear los envases a una \u00fanica v\u00eda y enviarlos a las m\u00e1quinas sucesivas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas y constructivas de la m\u00e1quina var\u00edan seg\u00fan el tipo de producto que tratamos y de la producci\u00f3n horaria solicitada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e71ca7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" class=\"product-item-title\">Caracter\u00edsticas Constructivas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u00fanel en plancha de acero inox AISI 304 con tapas sujeci\u00f3n hidr\u00e1ulica.<\/li>\n<li>Cinta entrada en chapa de acero inox AISI 304 con cadena table top en acero inox montada en tiras de material antideslizante, rodillos de soporte en la parte de regreso, gu\u00edas de contenci\u00f3n en soportes regulables para varios formatos de envases, cabezal motorizada mediante moto variador o cabezal neutro.<\/li>\n<li>Transporte contenedor a lo largo del t\u00fanel con cinta transportadora modular en polipropileno, con sistema adecuado de arrastre y motorizaci\u00f3n a velocidad variable mediante inverter.<\/li>\n<li>Regulador de temperatura del agua, completo de contacto el\u00e9ctrico que mediante parpadeos advierte que la m\u00e1quina no ha alcanzado o no alcanza la temperatura establecida.<\/li>\n<li>Registrador video gr\u00e1fico con Smart Card para la registraci\u00f3n de los siguientes par\u00e1metros: temperatura agua de las primeras secciones, temperatura agua de enfriado.<\/li>\n<li>Cubas con bombas centrifugas para la lluvia de agua caliente, protegidas de doble filtro en acero inox.<\/li>\n<li>Estas alimentan los colectores que llevan los tubos pulverizadores desmontables mediante boca, dotados de boquillas con gran capacidad para garantizar alto rendimiento y mejor uniformidad de tratamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Cinta de salida a velocidad diferenciada en plancha de acero inox AISI 304 con cadena de mesa top en acero inox instalada en tiras resistentes a la fricci\u00f3n, con rodillos de soporte en la secci\u00f3n de retorno, gu\u00edas de contenci\u00f3n de acero inoxidable montadas sobre soportes ajustables para los distintos tama\u00f1os de envases, cabezal accionado por motor de velocidad ajustable y cabezal de ralent\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Unidad puente ruptura.<br \/>Cuadro el\u00e9ctrico de mando en acero inox.<\/li>\n<li>Seguridad de stop de m\u00e1quina en caso de cualquier resistencia al desplazamiento de la alfombrilla.<\/li>\n<li>Seguridad de parada de m\u00e1quina en caso de rebosamiento en la salida.<\/li>\n<li>Dispositivo de no arranque de la m\u00e1quina si no ha alcanzado la temperatura establecida.<\/li>\n<li>Seguridad de stop de m\u00e1quina en caso disminuci\u00f3n de la temperatura m\u00ednima establecida.<\/li>\n<li>Alarma ac\u00fastica y parpadeante de color rojo situada en el lado superior del cuadro el\u00e9ctrico para la se\u00f1alaci\u00f3n de
