Functioning

Machine suitable to fill glass / metal / PET containers with LIQUID PRODUCTS.
Containers feeding by a conveyor belt, a stop device which positions the containers under the dosing valves, a screw in polyzene and supports adjustable according to the containers’ diameter.
The filling volume is adjustable from the control panel according to the type of container to fill.
After the filing the containers are moved by the conveyor, which is the same for the feeding, to the other machines in the line.
After the start-up and the relevant adjustments the machine does not need any operator assistance.

Manufacturing features

Basement with supporting plate in carbon steel, structure and total covering with inspection door in stainless steel.
The basement contains the filling unit height-adjustment system and the air treatment group with electro-valves.
N. 05 filling valves controlled by pneumatic cylinders for the valves lowering into the containers and their lifting.
Product tank equipped with probe for product level control and connected to the filling valves by flexible hoses.
Conveyor with stainless steel table-top chain conveyor mounted on anti-friction strips and equipped with adjustable containment guides.
The filling group is adjustable in height by a jack with hand-wheel according to the container size.
One feeding screw for one size of container is supplied with the machine.
Electric control board in stainless steel.
Safety protection system as per CE norms.
Manufacturing in AISI 304 stainless steel with external “scotch brite” finishing, except for some parts which are in a different material suitable for their good functioning.
The machine is adjustable to treat containers of different sizes.
