Functioning
The first section of the machine, equipped with spray nozzles fed by a high-pressure pump, performs the washing operation by investing the container with strong jets of hot water over the entire surface.
The second section rinses the product using spray nozzles and mains water.
At the end of the wash tunnel, the third section of the machine uses eight strong air jets to force the water off the container.
Manufacturing Features
- Basement operating as container for washing hot water and collection tank for rinsing and dripping water, conveyor in stainless steel equipped with variable speed motor and containment guides adjustable for the different sizes of containers.
- Washing section composed of a tank equipped with water heating device, overflow, high-pressure pump with aspiration filter and force main to the nozzle manifold.
- Rinsing system by net water sprinkled through manifold and nozzles.
Protection tunnel composed of a stainless steel case to prevent water overflow from the washing and rinsing sections. - Dripping section composed of a high-pressure blower and a series of ten air blowing nozzles positioned on top and on the two sides of the containers. The nozzles are also adjustable according to the size of the containers.
- Electric control board in stainless steel.
- Manufacturing in AISI 304 stainless steel, except for some parts which are in a different material suitable for their functioning.
- The machine is adjustable to treat different sizes of containers.
- After the start-up and the relevant adjustments the machine does not need any operator assistance.
