Functioning
The double-effect pneumatic cylinder, integral with the dosing piston having a pre-set stroke, makes the piston aspirate the product up from the tank and pushes it into the container by means of the deviation valve.
The filling volume is adjustable from min.50 cc up to max.1.000 cc by means of a special handwheel. The machine is adjustable in order to manage different sizes of containers.

Manufacturing Features
- Carbon steel basement completely covered in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- One dosing unit composed of two coaxial cylinders with their pistons (one pneumatic and one for the product) and a diverting valve.
- Product tank with internal mirror finishing, probe for level control and device for machine stop in case of lack of product.
- Height-adjustable containers supporting plate.
- Electric control board in stainless steel.
- Manufacturing in AISI 304 stainless steel, except for some parts which are in a different material suitable for their functioning.
On demand and according to the type of product to be filled, the machine can be supplied with stirrer and pneumatic pump.
