Air/buffer Overturning Blower

Machine suitable for removing impurities inside glass / metal / PET containers before filling.

Containers enter the machine on a conveyor which feeds a couple of opposed chains with rubber buffers.
Air is blown in continuous according to the cycle AIR / STEAM / AIR but in case steam is not requested only air can be used.
The distance among the elastomeric buffers mounted on the chains is adjustable at the same time and contemporaneously all along the machine according to the container dimensions.
After the blowing clean containers are positioned on the conveyor which feeds them to the Filler.

Manufacturing Features

Structure in stainless steel with height adjustable supporting feet. Two opposed chains with rubber (elastomer) buffers driven inside sliding lanes in high density polyethylene.
Drving by gear motors controlled by inverter.
Manual and centralized lubrication controlled by a central unit.
Ring blower for continuous blowing.
AIR / (STEAM) / AIR blowing manifold with control instrumentation for steam injection (if requested).
Stainless steel tank for impurities collection.
No. 2 stainless steel conveyor belts.
Stainless steel conveyor cover mounted on the outlet conveyor.
Electric control board in stainless steel.
Safety protection system as per CE norms.
The machine is manufactured in stainless steel, except for some parts which are in a different material suitable for their functioning.

Optionals

On demand, the machine can be supplied with FEEDING TABLE FOR EMPTY CONTAINERS in AISI 304 stainless steel (diam. 1.000 mm) with round plane in plastic material (polyethylene).
